We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground to the United States. Shipping is from our headquarters in Roanoke, VA.

International shipping is carried out by our freight forwarder Passport. They are better at answering questions about international shipping than we are and can be reached with the chat feature on your tracking page or at help@passportshipping.com
